| Where are "the ponds"? I've mostly kited the gorge, but looking for spots closer to Olympia. I'm also looking to get into cold weather kiting. Does this spot hit in the summer too?

Not too sure this is any closer to olymipia than the gorge. . .Ponds are a East wind spot, summer winds are W/nw/n with the occasional south.
