Just bought some land in Cerritos Beach baja....great place by the way.
Looking to build a casita and storage.
Maybe storage on level one and house built on top of it?
Not sure yet.
Probably just one bedroom---maybe a guest bedroom in the lower level.
I am wondering if anyone out there has any great casita plans for anything they have built down south.
Looking for 1300 sq feet or less (not including garage)
Also curious about how much you paid per square foot for the building of your casa.

The area is developing but we will have a good 5 years of quiet time before it gets too busy. It's a solid long term investment.
The beach there is amazing and has always been a favorite surf spot for us.
Plus San Pedrito is just around the corner.
Stoked.
