So many of you know that I currently work for windance and over this past week, we have been enjoying a very bi-polar gorge.
Monday we were out testing/comparing 4 new kites, a OR 9m rise, OR Razor 10m, SS Ralley 10m and a F-one bandit 4 9m at rufus in decent 20-25mph winds and it was nice and sunny. We where able to kite for a solid couple hours and there wasn't a cloud in the sky and turned out to be a rather enjoyable day. Glad to see there where also a few other fellow kiters trying to squeeze in a few more sessions before it snows.
Tuesday rolled around and I got to test another kite, this time a 7m bandit 4 out at rooster blowing 35-45ish. In the pouring down rain, and it was chilly. Turns out rain really stings where you are kiting in 40+ in a heavy downpour, just FYI. Ended up being the only one out there all day but it was still fun even if it was survival kiting _________________ Respect the kite, respect the beaches |
