As most of you know I teach alt. ed. in HR and have an ongoing mnt. bike program. Thanks very much for supporting these needy kids.
Here's a chance to help someone out!! If you have roller blade pads, hockey sticks, helmets that need a user I've got a solution for you!
Of my kids only 1 out of 7 have roller blades, and he has no pads. Luckily somebody donated some sixtyone knee pads, but we need more.
If you have blades from size 6men to 12 men and are not using them please donate to the program.

I have a hockey stick they can have...I am out for two weeks but when I get back I will bring it up to the Gorge.

If this were someone like Monkeyboy, this would totally smell like a trap to hunt down the closet rollerbladers on NWkite for a nasty heckling.

I'll check my Hockey bag and see what I've got. I can't guarantee
it won't smell though.

| Ron, I've got a bunch of good sticks, some pads, and another mountain bike for your kids, but they're in San Fran now and it'll be a while before I drive up again. I'll check in my Hood River garage for other hockey gear when I'm up over Thanksgiving. If anyone's driving up from the bay area and willing to shuttle the sticks let me know! |
