| Does anybody know an angler who dresses in all in camo, is thin, maybe in his thirties and fishes from the top of the rock at the East point launch in Stevenson? He may have been the last person on the beach Sunday night Sept 12 when I left my surfboard on the beach. Thanks, Donnie B. |

| Well, thanks for considering this post. In the end I got a call from "the fisherman". His name is Jim and he returned the board to me and wanted nothing. What a guy, let's teach him to kite! Seriously he wants to learn! |
