Mark, I kid you not. I launched my son on a 4.5 during the Desert Storm shown above and a man was walking by with a 12 saying it would be "okay."
He was back on the grass 10 minutes later.

I braved it on my 7m for a couple hours from 1-3. It was blowing so hard that my legs were getting sand blasted and my hair was filled with sand. Survival kiting at its best.
Only two or three kiters were out there by the time I got out and there were a dozen or so pole boarders.
