For the portland after-work crowd, SI might happen tonite.

It could be too west though. St.Helens is reading WNW11-20.

There's a suck-tide from 3:30pm till dark, but that shouldn't matter with decent wind.

But if you just plan to BBQ and it rains then I guess its still possible to skunk!
