FYI the last dirt path over the hill at the end of the beach has some fence wire strung across it around ankle height. I managed to trip myself going back to the car for gear and do a nice face plant onto the street. Luckily it was pretty late and no cars were coming but I tore up my palms some. It's the second dirt path after the last set of stairs (the path that is kind of overgrown with grass). So just don't take that one. Take the dirt path people normally use if you aren't going to use the stairs.
