I am going to the coast today and was wondering if there is any wind forecasted anywhere for either today or tomorrow? If so where will people be kiting?

Not looking great...could go later today but it a low % chance.

Here is a good forecasting site for the coast....it can be found on the forecast tab on the top of this page.

I agree with Chooch.
I think all this morning marine layer (in Portland/west side) can fu** everything up...
As I've notice.... the gorge should be ok in the morning, but turn to shit late in the afternoon (as portland warms up). But I think all this marine layer is gonna hang out a bit longer than usual today - as such, the gorge will probably be good most of today.

Burny, you should head out to the Hood...

I don't know if the coast or Jones ever went, but Hood River was money from about 3 until 430ish. We rode from 130 until 230 and it was some of the gustiest, shittiest wind I have ever been in. Right when I was about to pack it up, the wind mellowed out and was solid 8 meter. It's amazing how good of a mood a great session can put you in.

I hope you guys got some too!!!!
