Just bought some wavegrinder fins for my surfboard. Showed up in the mail today and instead of 3 fins in the box there were 6, and a note that said "not sure how well these will stand up to kiteboard loading so we've included an extra set."
Thought that was pretty damn cool!
I'll post some pictures in a week or so and give some feedback on how they do in the swell but it will be a couple of weeks before we get a chance to run out to the coast and really test them out.
They probably can't do this very often but thought it was a great gesture. I'll be shopping with them again for sure.

Good customer service is getting more and more rare - companies cutting costs to make it in this economy. I just had an absolutely horrible experience with Chase Credit Cards. Can't cancel the card soon enough. They suck a nut and a couple of balls all at once.
