This just in...
Eclipse Films will be at Bridge of the Gods Kite Festival June 18th and 19th shooting a pilot for a television program called North American Kite Series.
They have enlisted a 60' crane as well as a boat platform for the cameras on their show. They also plan on using up to 4 Go-Pro cameras on the boards of the seeded riders.
Here's your chance to be on TV and make the sports channel highlights! Wave to the camera and say hi to your mom!
Maybe you'll be the one to wow the crowd like Grom did last year with his last minute handle pass. Only this year it will be caught on tape!

We are on the home stretch of event planning. The Bolstads have stepped up and taken the lead so that I could concentrate on recovery from chemotherapy. I am feeling better these days and can put in more time.
The usual event program is falling into place with awesome food by Big Pappas and of course a beer garden serving Walking Man and Kona.
Come out on Friday after work and ride with the pros. This is a new angle for the event and should be a photog's dream come true.
We are putting together some awesome prize packages. Special credit goes out to Shannon for hitting up every business in the Gorge to contribute.

The last 30 seconds of the '07 video ROCKS!  Nice editing work on that!
BOTG brings out some great moments every year. Hope to see lots of riders - even if it might still be a little chilly.

Yeah Stringy those vids rock!
For this years competition we have 5 HD video cameras and 4 HD go-pro's; the 2010 BOG video will be STELLAR. This would be a great year to turn out for the event. The weather looks to be awesome; and as always a great time!

In addition to Kraemer filming for his project there will be two other film crews at the event shooting footage for different projects.
It might be cold this weekend but the event is getting a lot of attention from outside the Gorge. Put on your fuzzy booties and come on out!
