Perfect conditions could be created with slight offshore wind, a blue-green tarp that is hundreds of feet long with a diagonal cut and some rigidity to keep the perfect tube shape.

What else could be done to enhance this new craze?

I have a big tarp.... all you longboarders lets hook up. Might be the only fun in HR this weekend. (crappy wind forecast)
