Hey everyone, Have any of you ever been to or heard of anyone kiteboarding in the UAE ? Looks like im going to be spending some time over there in like october november december and the weather looks like 80-100 that time of year with dust storms possible, I would love to be able to kiteboard while im there but havent heard anything about it over there. Thanks for any info.

It is possible, but the Swim Burka really impedes your motion.

There's a local forum there, but I can't find the link. Search and you should find it. As I recall from perusing the forum, sometimes there is light rideable winds, but nothing reliable. Good spots are a couple of hours drive? I could be way off, but that's what I recall from reading their forum a few years back. Good luck!

Think Sauvie Island conditions, except the brown people there are probably more worried that you'll break into their cars than the other way around.
