Hi All,
Just to recap. there is no reserved camping for BOTG at Rock Creek Campground. It's first come, first serve. Envelopes are provided at the campground for your nightly fees.
Breakfast: As much as we would like to have a pancakes and all the trimmings - it is not going to happen. Justin & Brittany will be there with their Big Papa's cart. They make a wicked good "wake & bake" potato. Otherwise, there are restaurants in town or bring your own morning munchies.
Saturday Night is the Potluck BBQ at the Rock Creek Campground. We need your help on this. It is a Potluck. Even if you don't cook, please bring what you can. chips, meat, fish, chicken, sides etc. We seriously need more BBQ's. Please please please let me know if you are going to bring one. I'm a bit stressed out thinking that my little BBQ will be the only one there. Coolers, party tents etc would be really great. I still have no idea how many people will be participating. So far about 20 people is all I have. But I'm thinking there will more than that. Please confirm so we have enough food.
The List of things we need:
-BBQ Grill/propane
-Cooler
-Ice
-Folding table/table cloth
-pop up tent
-Meat/fish/Chicken
-Sides - like a salad, pasta salad, potato salad, grilled vegies, etc

Last year's party was pretty frikin' fun and I could use a party. June-uary has been rough.

Boot up some new tunes for your Ipods, cuz I'll have the amp, speakers and mixing box, but will need some good tunes to make this work right.
In addition, we'll bring the movie projector to play some kite flicks throughout the evening. AWIP....yes?

It is a 6' folding table. No problem putting it in the back of the pickup. Also can bring a dish. Be looking forward to the event.
