Gave my North Jaime some serious scratches yesterday after an epic sesh at the pool in HR. Must have ridden over some sharp rocks or other objects. It was pretty shallow in some spots. I have absolutely NO experience in board repair. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It's a kiteboard, not a snowboard. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it seems like it's starting to delaminate. If you really want to patch it up get some marine epoxy and fill the gashes. You can cover surrounding areas with some tape to avoid epoxy getting everywhere. Once it cures sand it down. Real simple.

Searching for wakeboard repair online will provide some info too. Google is like magic.

Just one thing to add to this. You will want to spray paint over the repair once it is done since epoxy resin is not uv resistant (unless you mix in a UV inhibitor into your repair batch).
Use at least 100grit sandpaper to rough up the area you plan to fill in with epoxy so that it will bond well.
Cabisol is a good filler to add to the resin to help give it some bonding strength.
Finally, using clear packing tape over the resined areas before the resin cures will allow you to smooth out your finish and reduce the amount of sanding that you will have to do.

Oh, yeah, almost forgot, you could actually just use Solarez to repair these areas. Less technical, no mixing, use tape to smooth it our before curing and it is UV resistant, so no paint. Solarez should probably be your best option.

We've got this down at 2nd Wind, or if you're in Portland, drop by Gorge Performance.
