Sat May 08, 10 11:25 am vacuum bags revisited |

I tried vacuum bagging one of my kites today. I sucked out as much of the air as possible and when I was done I sat looking at it with visions of permanently creased valves and tweaked one pump hose/connector thingys dancing in my head! I looked at older posts on the subject and the consensus seems to be there is 'no problem' with taking out as much air as you can.
I guess I need to hear just once more that this wont f! up my gear!
Thanks |

I wrap tissue paper around any hard objects and have had no problem, I have gotten 3 kites in my carry on, but one is in my fake laptop case. |
