There are spots in the tri-cites which COULD work but the wind is generally super gusty. Probably not worth the effort.

Port Kelly (the Wallulla Gap) is 20-30 min east of Pasco. Mainly SW site. The sensor usually reads about 5 mph less than on the water. It can be a bit hard on gear but otherwise a great spot, IMO. I'll meet you there if it's working.

No wind in the forecast this week but paragliding should be good.

Curt thanks for the info. I just checked port kelly. Would be ruff on gear. Not much of a launch spot. The wind is really on and off here. It will blow 12-15 then nothing for 5-10 min. Water is pretty flat so I know out on the water isn't any better for today anyways. Thanks for the tip.

Most people go to Roosevelt to kite or windsurf. There are a couple of places to windsurf in Hermiston, but kiting there is not really do-able because of the crappy launches and tons of stickers...

3 mile is the other option.
