SPI KITE ROUND-UP is now hosting the South Texas Flatwater Skim Spring Showdown, on either saturday may 8 or sunday may 9

in addition to the contest, we have the DASHBOARD SKIMBOARDS pro team onsite thurs through sunday to run our flatwater skim park, and they are bringing toys.

in addition to the kite contests, demos, and clinics, participants are welcome to

chill on SUP's courtesy of ON THE BEACH surfshop, SUP ATX and HOVIE SUP's,

and

ride behind pro drivers on a top of the line new winchs courtesy of YANKMEISTER WINCH COMPANY, who will be pulling through 2 courses all day every day

trainer and inflatable kite activity stations are staffed for folks who have never flown kites to get their first experience (try some, everybodys doing it, its just once - ya right)

sliders are looking good - 1 nasty kicker, a 56' x 9" rooftop, a 64' x 12" table top, 24' x 2' butter box, and a host of little hits.

would be stoked for a few slider park volunteers willing to deal with setup and adjustments each day, we will hook you up, please ask.

where do I sign up. I'm staying next door to air padre at wind water. Arriving apr30 pm. I'm solo so no gf to slow me up just age. Lol. Just let me know where I could hook up to help out.
