Multiple rings let you get momentum and keep moving ..

I don't know of any in the pdx area, but there may be some Confused - these are in Santa Monica.

thinking for building up the unhooked muscles ..

pretty fun & def. a work out

Thought it would great if it were a bunch of kite bars lined up instead of rings ... practice handle pass etc. and keep it moving - guess it's just me tho (sorry Embarassed )

It looks like a lot of strain on the shoulders.

Gonna make one of these this spring.

I used to play on the Santa Monica beach rings. It is an awesome work out and not too hard, it is all timing. The beach park has a whole area of vertical ropes, bars, and the rings. Would be great to have one around the NW.

The handle pass around the bar is epic. I wonder how many times he smashed his forehead into the post before sticking that one. Sick!

I've got a pair of rings hanging from the ceiling in my living room. Anchored to support beams in the ceiling, they can support an adult no problem.

My kids and their friends go nuts on them all the time. Best $30 investment in kid fun I ever made. Little dudes have amazing strength to weight ratios. I'll show them this vid, maybe provide some inspiration.
