Bought myself a board for Christmas from Big Winds. Opened it Christmas morning and it had a ding on one end. I contacted Big Winds about the board and they worked with the manufacturer and got me a new board, I'm stoked.
Big Winds could have easily turned me away with any number of excuses about not being responsible for the board being dinged but didn't they took care of the problem and now have a customer for life.

Steve Gates is a really good guy. Steve--Big Winds--, Slingshot, and DaKine have donated THOUSANDS of dollars worth of goods and services to Hood River County School District kids who wantd to experience windsurfing and kiteboarding over the last 20 years that I have had the good fortune to be a teacher in this District.
