haven't spent much time on a finned board like the nobile...

i like the Rasta and morphious (finless) for hitting wetsand, sliders, mud puddles - sorta the fun thing about a skim

cant imagine pulling the fins on and off - would just grab a surfboard

If it has fins, is it really a skim board?

A small fin or two can help in deep and choppy water, but you probably want to go finless for efficiency.

It all depends really on your sexual orientation. If your a guy, and you like to get naked with other dudes, then I would be sure to get fins with your skim board.
You'll see most of the people at rooster with fins on skims.
