Hi,
I found an impact vest this summer at the sand bar parking lot. The vest was found in August. It was located in the revine east of the parking lot that goes down to Hood River, north of the walk bridge and south of the school shack.
I tried turning it into the lost and found but the shack was closed up for the night and I was headed out of town.
Sorry I didn't post it sooner, I had forgotten about it and just recently found it when I was going through the garage getting ready for our winter trip.
There is something unique in the front pocket, if you can tell me what it is the vest is yours.
