Kiting in Argentina

I am headed to Argentina for a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone had information/tips on good kiting spots and logistics (i.e., what's the best way to get around with kite gear; is renting gear down there a good idea?). I plan to be on the coast for a week and then head inland for a week and was planning to bring a 14m, 11m and a twin tip board. Also, wondering what water temps are like. I will be leaving in 2 weeks. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
