It would seem that an El Nino effect is taking it's toll on wind here. Unlike last year of wind nearly every day we are getting 6--10 days of wind then a break in the wind. So far the longest break has been 10 days. There was no wind and rain yesterday, with a 10 knot wind today onshore, rether than NE.
