Infra-red usually works by stimulating cells to increase circulation which will create a sense of warmth. We use them for wound healing and pain reduction. I have tried them on myself and they can heat you up. That is my 2 cents. _________________ MS |

I have a friend who just bought one a few days ago and he was over heated. It sounds like they work really well but I think you would have to move the battery pack because its right where your harness is. _________________ The will to do springs from the knowledge you can |
