Mon Dec 07, 09 11:59 am Idaho Snowkite spot questions and gear question... |
|
|
I'm going to Meridian, Idaho for Christmas. I'm looking at the Idaho Kite Map and I'm wondering what would be the best place for a first time snowkite adventure?
Gear questions:
1. My stance is regular and pretty much duck foot. Should I stick with my stance or what?
2. Are knee and elbow pads a good idea, or just a hassle.
On the 29th I'm heading to San Diego to do some fishing.
Thanks,
Ron
PS~Don't forget to check out my board for sale.

is the CAMAS PRAIRIE south of Boise about 2 hours.[img]
We need another foot to kick off the Snowkite season, should be solid by X-mas.
As for your stance, go duckfooted 9* and 6* in the back center stance and NO elbow or knee pads unless your a roller-blading kook of course.
Check out www.idahokitesports.com for directions and details on parking....etc.
See ya out there,
