Hey, i need help with handle pass training? i live in florida and we arent getting much wind right now....im completely addicted to kiteboarding and i need some homework on those no wind days!!!! i just need some help on setting up a handle pass trainer!!! PLEASE HELP

Very Happy easy set up in the gym just make sure while you doing pass no one around and should be 3-4 feet incase you fall but no worry even you fall ,you will be fall by your feets down first or sometime if you missed the bar make sure still hav ONE HAND ON THE BAR !!!!! you will be ok to fall as the vdo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3yGGq7ORWo

try to jump off the ground with a bar in your hand and do 360's while passing a bar to work on coordination, hanging bar for muscle memory, and trampoline with bar hung at 45 to put it all together.

yep, starting to get triple passes down. I just set up a handle attached to a rope which is attached to a tree in my yard which my trampoline sits under.
