just when you think you have ALL the gear... they make more. Smile

I'm not going to hype it... you just gotta wait and ride.

However it definitely makes me want to dedicate way more sessions to skating next year. Got me stoked on it again.

Gman.

Call me. My skim has your name all over it! Way too cold for me to go out and play in this crap!!

Yes, into production with both the TwinSkim and the new LF Varial wakeskate.

My twinskim proto is available to anyone who wants to give it a try, but you'll probably have to call Gman for it after this week.

As for the Varial kiteskate.. I don't even know all the specs on it, but I do know that our own local and very modest skate rider natedogg had the final proto for a while after the HR AWSI show and signed off on it to go into production with no further changes. This was also the verdict from the other LF riders who had tried it out... so by springtime, should be the skate of skates.

Hey Gman,

The Airush SKC Skim is production. A handful of NWkite people got the chance to ride it over this past month before it got shipped to the board tests in Hatteras. However, it should be in stores in time for Santa and there should be plenty kicking around come spring.

Gonna run the Airush SKC Wake Skate behind the cable next week and hopefully confirm soon there after. Should be on the racks by February too. Looks like its gonna be a strapless summer!

For the skim you can check here for info:
http://www.airush.com/2010/products/board_skim.html

Or PM me for more details.

Cheers,

-Dave

cool Dave - I saw you connecting large sections of dry sand at the kiddie pool a few weeks ago how the hell are you doing that - does your board have huge rocker - pretty crazy

The Rasta sticks to the slider if its not wet

Hey Gman, It definitely has a bit more rocker than a true sand skim, but not a ton to where you lose the glide. I remember that day. Fun as hell! I had to test a new construction... the goal was to put a years worth of abuse on sand and rock in a 40 minute session. Mission accomplished and it passed with flying colors...

I think target retail is $429-459...but it comes with a guarantee that your skim skills will excel beyond your wildest dreams. And yes, the move in the link comes stock with the board- along with a few others...
