LOL that is the way I did my first ever jump. I was at rooster on an 03 fuel, having never jumped I thought I would need to be going mach 10 to just get off the water. I was screaming across the water, barely in control..ok now, just like in the videos, just crank it hard the other way as fast as you can.
Boom!! I EXPLODED off the water, probably 20 feet and scared the living shit out of myself. Of course I got turned sideways in the air and landed on my ribs. I didn't try it again for a whole year. LOL

Looks like a great day, sucks I missed it.  Oh well, I just wish I had brought a small enough kite for the howling winds here.  (5 knots) Did you get out Mark?

I don't have any pictures to prooveit, but I would say it is a safe bet the Jeff Takashima had the biggest boosts yesterday.

No. I went out the day before. Taylor had his birthday party with 20 high school friends..... had to get the house ready (hide my booze). Hope to go today.

1st time on my new 5m. RR chop was perfect for strapless airs.
Geno was getting about 5-6 feet no problem!
If you're going today -- Bring gloves it's chilly.

Dude, I moved not too long ago and I packed away my ankle weights - and I haven't found them since. So that is why I did not make it out this weekend. Hopefully I'll find them before the next nuked out easterly session!!!
And I'll be the guy ROCKIN the ankle weights!!!
