The swell was good size, so I thought I'd swim out, take a few on the head, and hope for some great shots...Problem is, the wind and currents didn't help at all, and I slid down out of the good spots. Still got some good vid tho and had fun.

hahahaha....sometimes we call him "Double J's"

He worked with a guy that had the same name as him, so he told everyone his name was Jesse, just so there was less confusion.

Later, both names followed him here, so we just cover our bases and call him Jesse/Joe. Smile

One time his kite went down wayyyy on the outside, and someone called 911. The rescue boys came down the beach and wanted to know his name...I said "Joe Smith", and I got a "are you kidding me " look....That was funny.

What camera did ya film with?

The camera is a VERY expensive (jk) Canon SX200ix ($350) , still camera that shoots video at 30 frames a sec, with a $30 water proof bag....
The camera has a pretty wide angle lense and my bag isn't really fit for the camera, so I couldn't zoom in much if any. So, the kiters gotta get in close, to get good shots.

I then used Cyberlink PowerDirector 7, a $50ish program, to do the editing. It is super easy to use, although it does seem to crash a lot, causing a lot of frustration on my part.
