Was unhappy with the lack of parks at Meadows - so I am looking at the fusion pass?

Can anyone tell me what the parks are like at T-line? Does Ski Bowl have parks? Are there long lines to get into the parks?

tlmberline gives much love to their parks with expert year around groomers i bought the midweek pass m-f for 250 last year and rarely saw lines to drop into park and if so no big laid back lift ops plus since its higher flatter terrain snow piles up quick on powder days

transworld top ten like 11 years running,no lines,Ski Bowl-black diamonds two entirely different elevations, more terrain, largest night ski area, out of bounds all good with wilderness pass(don't tell em I said so)... Like Meadows Dude Rolling Eyes Yeah I had to start this argument again; it's just too fun though. I may get a meadows pass this year only been there four times- never liked it once. Done the fusion 4-3 and T-line once before that Confused still haven't made up my mind yet. Fusion Pass blows doors on Meadows unless you like waiting in line for 20-30 minutes to hit powder that's been beat to a pulp.

Doesn't flat terrain defeat the purpose of powder?

perryj, is the top 10 park rating for their winter or summer park? I remember maintaining speed on the Stormin Norman park was a bit of a problem back in the day (if you lost any speed you wouldn't clear the rest of the jumps), but haven't been in many years.

Get a Bachelor pass instead and only hit Hood when it snows and at night, mid-week.

My 3 cents worth. Very Happy

It isn't a steep mountain, but it makes up for it with its drier snow (drier than other all the other Cascade resorts and Tahoe) and copious amounts of pow pow and tree riding.

Long Board Pro Jerry Lopez now lives in Bend and is seen on the mountain from time to time, ripp'in, filming etc. . .

They received 8'' overnight last Sunday. Looks like an early winter for sure.

Do you guys have a place over there, or just make day trips? Averaging 32 times a year is INSANE for Bachelor!!! I normally only get 30-40 at Meadows.

Chooch, got to pay to play. Plus, I have two shredding nephews to keep up with, so I don't mind the hit.

Yes, I stay over in Bend or Sunriver, depends if I have skiing guests or if I'm alone.

I have a buddy with the full on crash pad in bend. He loves riding and absolutely shreds. He's one of the few ski patrol people that passed the test on a snowboard.

Timberline parks are the shit. Their parks are so much fun, and long. On bad years they don't use lame excuses to horde profit, they build their park higher on the mountain. I've never had a problem getting speed into the bigger jumps on Stormin Norman unless it was a shitty sticky day and that's not anyone's fault. They also have a park crew that comes through and rebuilds in-runs several times a day, not just in the morning like Mead-blows.

Mead-blows only has one good park, Park Place, and it was non-existent last year, those dirty bitches. This year they've proclaimed they're gonna get it open by Christmas. We'll see...

Mead-blows needs to up their season pass price to $900. The demand is there, but the supplies are all taken.

Oh yea, Mead-blows won't be building the Voyager park anymore so if you want to hit big jumps, Timberline is you're only option.
