this is a very serious post, so most older homes here in argentina are being bought up and turned in too duplex, or quadplex, so this really nice quad deal is going to be finished in the following days and the whole turn key deal is 259,000 US dollars, thats four rental properties which would pull in about 5000 pesos a month, i know your the expert , but to me avoiding having money in the bank and paying US taxes, is good. think of it as a high intrest tax free savings,? be the land lord is best more time to kite! and you pass it on to your kiddies so they can kite too, have a piece of mind, level and humble with a piece of real estate, rented ,food and shelter and basic needs are covered, and your deffinetly not taking money to your grave,and if you do well you know what you are< a kook> anway the place is just around the corner and thought maybe some one, has to put it in black and white, i make nothing on this, so your the only one who can, if intrested pm and i will pass the reallators number? and if i had 259 000 id be on it! do i here sling shot world wide rental propeties ,you could keep one for visiting VIP guests. secret agent out!

Hey everyone! It sounds like you guys could use the assistance of an experienced tax attorney. I'll hook you guys up - but my take is 11.5% of the deal? Sound good.
Here is my first piece of advice:
Monkey - believe it or not I have seen forged nigerian money orders  so I don't recommend using those. Rather, to ensure complete safety - I would use your personal checking account. Send your account number, access codes and passwords. You should be set from there 
Hugh - If the same or similar symptons remain for more than four hours I recommend seeing your physician.

hello, I believe the scary part of your post is these are things that are real, and are happening here ,or close by, home made subs in columbia, slavary in brazil, lots of sex trafficking here in argentina?
