I ride SS and agree their Cust Service is so good it's ridiculous but are the other "guys" that bad with customer service or is SS just that far ahead??? A lot of good "no questions asked" warranties seem to be available from multiple companies. (????)

| Use the search button. You can find similar posts for a couple other companies on here as well. There is so much whining these days, it is nice to see positive posts. To me it doesn't matter if it is learning a new move, have a great session, or just being stoked because a company treated you great (and slingshot does treat its costumers great). It is just nice to see positive posts. |

I agree...UNTIL some start to slight other brands, then it becomes vs. thread more suited to kiteforum
