Does any have a good link for good wind forecast for Netarts bay ?
Can I just count on the forecast for Cape Lookout or Oceanside ?
Magicseaweed maybe is that reliable ?
I want to go kite this wknd, but dont want to run into the landlord.

Good luck with that. I heard there's lots of bait in bays and river mouths. :O)
I've been wanting to check out Netarts for a while. Let us know how it is.

one of my buddies here in idahizzle said when he kited the mouth of Netart's bay last Sept the landlord was on call, dorsal fin and all poking his way above the surface.
Seems to be the trend since Shark Week--making the pilgrimage in a month, hoping to get in a wreck on the way to use up the odds glass altho it's prob still half-full _________________ Snapflugen de kinder spietzel. |

I've kited Netarts the previous two years and haven't seen the LL.....but I have seen plenty of seals and even hit one with my board once....so I'm sure it's a risk. But man what a fun spot!! When the tide's right, there's a ton of shallow butter  |
