Agreed PJ....one of the best posts but for the record that is NOT Bulae in the pic. That is another crushtanic Gorge kiter and classic poster of straightforward nwkite prose.

Bulae.....quit crying in your fucking beer because time heals all wounds and you just got the green light for some serious kiting anytime...anywhere...sans the "honey do" list.

Also, find someone who is serious about kiting...or serious about leaving you the hell alone when the wind blows instead of bobbing on your bro's when you're trying to dial in your duck tack. Shocked

I can now envision Bulae's next epic insightful post "To be with a kite chica...or not to be...that is the question???"

There is a reason that divorce is so expensive; IT'S WORTH IT!!

(it's not because moto wants a new car)

That's just like kites, expensive but worth it. And I can only afford only one of those Sad (I chose kites and honey do) In my next life it will be different.

ok, so it's time for a lawyer joke. What is the difference between your wife's lawyer and a hooker?

Your wife's lawyer will fuck you even after your dead.

My wife does not kite, but, she encourages me to go kiting. Even with three kids under 5 years old.

No, it is not because she is "bobbing" my bro's. I chose well the second time around.

Word, after a couple years my wife learned that it was better to just let me go kite than to have me stay home and sulk around like a poopy pants little kid. Its a balance for sure, but hats off to Andria for realizing my needs.

Love ya baby!

Haha - very funny Wink

In all seriousness - Ron, I hope you two are able to settle your property matters amicably. If you can avoid hiring lawyers you will both save yourselves a lot of cash and a lot of heart ache. There are a lot of dirty tactics to get more money out of the other one - and lawyers will advise their clients to take these actions - pissing off the other side - forcing them to also take rash actions. And who comes out the winners? The lawyers racking up their massive hourly rates - laughing all the way to the bank.

If the two of you can't settle it between the two of you. i would recommend hiring a mediator. Mediators are generally divorce attorneys who just sit there and listen - and then tell you how a judge would likely rule - and tells you about the law - and what not. So you both know where you stand and what the possible likely outcomes are. And mediators are NOT a one way road. you can try to settle it between yourselves. Then if that doesn't work - get a mediator. Then hopefully you can avoid court. Court sucks - is stresful and way expensive. Best of luck to you!
