purchased a used kite that had the chicken loop and depower line replaced. The depower line was not cut to the correct length.
Any advice on a method to tune that depower line? I am thinking I will find another rev 7m bar and tune it to that length???

Don't try to compare to another bar...
"Evenly" hook up all of your pigtails (at the end of your lines) to a common point - nail on a fence, car hitch, or something similar will work perfect. From there, walk back to the bar adjust the new depower rope until all of your lines are equal with the bar fully sheeted in (ie. resting against the Lock-N-Load chicken loop's main housing). Lastly, mark the rope at the cleat, then slide the depower knob down to the point before screwing back down.
Should look similar to this once you get done (lines equal/tight, bar sheeted in all the way, depower knob resting against the cleat.

Here's a thread showing how to tune your bar:

Remember, disconnect the safety bungee at the chicken loop while tuning your bar. The tension on the bungee can skew the results while tuning.

I did a thread on here on how to make a new depower rope, but I can't find it? Anyways, it's not all that hard. Get some 3/16" Amsteel. Tie an overhand knot about 5 inches from one end. Make a splice like you were making a loop, except make it right at the base of the knot. Now you have a knot at one end of the rope with 5" of doubeled up line. Cut the line at least a good foot longer than your current rope. Look how your old rope is installed. take it apart and install your new rope. (The knot ends up at the bearing in the chicken loop.) Once you've tuned your bar mark the Rope where it goes in to the cleat so you know where to cut the rope. Double up the line where it goes through the grab handle. (The thingy you grab to depower...)

I'm not even sure why the fixed stopper ball is there? I don't like it so I've removed it from all my bars with no ill effects... That said, I seem to remember that the manual shows a specific distance from the chickenloop. 51 cm rings a bell, but I could easily be wrong.

Thanks for the tips. Bar was WAY out of tune.
THanks
