What the heck is the US Kitesuring Association?

Does anyone know who these guys are and what their plans are for representing US kite(surfing)boarding on a national level?
I looked over the whole website, but found no mission statement or any organizational material stating who was a part of the organization or what they do?

Would be nice to have a US organization in place, but have seriously no idea who set this website up.

I'm curious too, a whois lookup on networksolutions.com indicates it's registered through whoisproof.com, their is a Multnomah County zip code listed below it looks like they've had the domain name for a while. I was hoping this search would give the registrant's real name.
