A real board made of wood; just kidding. Wood strips of Northwest woods milled and glued over a closed cell foam. A stringer and cross ribs to define the rocker, top and bottom shape.
They weigh as much as polyesters and are much more durable (they don't heal dent).
Look me up if you want to ride one.

Looks like a great day (wind and swell) on great equipment (OR Rise and custom Bela woodstrip board)! Your boards are truly a work of art! Maybe we can build a 5'8" this winter?
