so i haven't tried the winch yet but was wondering if it will be anyplace on the river this week? so that i could try it? just a thought i had but it would be sweet if there was a spot on the river where you could jump in with the bar and the current would walk you out I'll donate cold beers |

Sounds like fun!!! We could take the winch out to the Sandy river and hit some nice cold water.
Oh wait, that's right, the "pro" slingshot wakeboard douche bags tried to use a jet ski to uncoil the winch rope at high speed... thereby shredding the shit out of the belt and rendering the winch useless until we shell out $40 for a new belt.

Wouldn't it be reasonable for them to cover the cost of a new belt? Has anyone asked them (not that we should have to)? _________________ The Slider Project, LLC

Its on the to do list but its way way way down there. Like right below cleaning out the filters on my irrigation system. Seriously though, I need to get the model number off of the TAV and call them, there are a bunch of different belts depending on the year it was made...but since its at Jakes....hint hint
I figure slingshot will do the right thing and kick us back the dough. Where is that flame thrower avatar when you need it. |
