No its true. The Portland Air Pollution Control Board closed it down. Too many senseless trips out and back with no kiting.

It was kind of fun while it lasted. Sad

SI often blows in the morning, then completely shuts down in the middle of the day, and then goes off again in the late afternoon.

And to PDXmb's point, sometimes it just blows.

Last nite it just sucked. There would have been enuf to stay up wind with a 13m and a big board, but the reverse current killed it.

I would have but I have to be back home by 5pm and I live in the Bethany area and SI is closer. Had I left at 11 like I was planing I would have gone to HR... So yeah I pussed out... Maybe Sunday. I have the whole day free then.

BTW... SI is dead and glassy!!! But you all knew that already!
I'm eating lunch on the log and will drive the car around a bit... Which is a blast btw!

well, we've all been there for sure. The paralysis of indecision. Judging from the forecast, sunday is going to be less than stellar. Crying or Very sad

I can't believe you guys are talking about this. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

I think I'll settle for going home - crack'n open a nice frosty cold beer - and walk around my back yard and pick up dog shit...I do it once a week...anything longer than that, it starts to become a dagerous land mine field.
