Licence-CU 18826 this vehicle has been seen several times by different people coincidentally before break ins at lot B Has been observed leaving parking lots abruptly, and cruising in and out without stopping usually gives the stinkeye or looks away. definitely not the ordinary looking surfer or beach going type, what ever that is.
