I see everyone making plans according to the weather, and I know I do too. It's hard to know who's weather forecast to rely upon.
Here is what one web site says (and you have to pay for this one):
Friday:
Speeds ease on the OR Coast but could still tap the upper teens / maybe low 20s with N directions. The Gorge sees a day similar to Thursday with the Corridor winds maybe seeing an afternoon thermally-driven westerly push into the upper teens. IFFY at this point.
Here is what another site says (this one is free):
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 92. Breezy, with a calm wind becoming west between 20 and 23 mph. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
I guess I will just wait until the trees start moving and had down to the River to know for sure. Or should I drive around like mad chasing my fix? |

Either way you can kite If it's that warm, the winds are likely to be no more than high teens at the coast. With less wind on the beach... |

If it's windy, go kiting.
If it's not, stay home and work on that thing you've been wanting to fix, whether you want to or not. |
