Yep. It was solid 12m for most of afternoon, fading off when I left at 7:30. About five kiters out. Where were you today?

I went to the coast to paraglide but the coast was blown out (for flying) and the "9 foot swell" I kept hearing about was 2' faces at pacific city. I'm not sure I would have kited in pacific city either. It was strangely almost NE and the wind was cycling from 8mph to 19mph within 5 mins (I clocked one cycle at 31mph at the top of the dune).
I dashed back home, saw that SI was going off and hauled ass out there. It was solid 11M for about 2-hours after I got there around 5pm and then backed off.
