Sun Jul 29, 18 10:01 am Foil Tack Help? |
|
|
Wanting to do Toeside back to Heelside 180 tacks--without foot switching yet. I have my heel to toe mostly down, and would like to "unwind."
Was trying to try a few yesterday--not the best day lit on a 5--but, it feels likeI am trying to go through a wall that is upwind of me.
Any tips to get me started? Willing to do 40,000 of them...
Thanks,
Eric |

Have you searched through everything Gunnar has?:

Also, if you ask he will post a video almost immediately as he lives in a place with tropical daily foil winds and he's on the water 24/7 _________________ CGKA Member

I'm a long ways from any of this. My jibes are %100 and can be very tight... but I think I need to take a trainer kite or my 3.7 to a soccer field just to understand the kite position and pull. _________________ CGKA Member

I wonder if he is pushing that back foot hard to get board through the eye of the wind? |
