My understanding of these conditions are that they aren’t so fun. Logs and junk blowing northwards. But the report on iKitesurf seems good?
Any experience anyone can share?
Thanks! _________________ Does this cover my thunder? |

Hey Speed,
Generally yeah you're looking at stormy sailing conditions, but on occasion you can get sunshine and steady. And if you're goofy footed it's like teleporting to the southern hemi!
Watch out for huge swell days with really high tides. If the waves are slamming on the cliffs it limits your exit options.

like what others have said - can be good - can be rough
if its stormy dont sail out further than you are comfortable swimming back in - the wind can be unstable and drop out completely
have had some unreal sessions on the north strip on southerlies - also have been harshly smote by Poseidon
the shore pound can be mean at spots and rip currents are real - but hell if you are going to be at the coast for the weekend anyway - you gotta give it a shot
