It's not the music that needs help. Given Big Wind's branding of Crushtanic Tuesday, and it's ongoing promotion of itself as a key ingredient of wind-steeze in the gorge, I can't help but recall going door-to-door to all wind-related businesses in 2000, as a representative of the newly formed Columbia Gorge Kiteboarding Association, when we so desperately needed support, and getting the Big Door slammed in my face. Mr. Big Wind was the only wind business that flatly told me that his business would not be supporting the group. Stings me seeing them allign themselves with gorge wind savagry. It's like the guy who bad-mouthed 'Blitzkrieg' and 'Am I Evil?', and later embraces Load and Reload.
