I know that it was produced by a few locals from the Seattle area. The developer is/was "Rhythmic Spark" <http://www.rhythmicspark.com/>. Their website is still active but the links to the iTunes App Store don't seem to work anymore. Plus, if you go to their developer page <https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/rhythmic-spark/id336365145> in iTunes the app isn't there anymore.
