I have seen people trying to kite below the bridge. Seemed pretty shadowy and limited terrain. Was wondering how it would be to hike up the hill from the parking lot above the tree line.

Anyone done it?

Yeah. I've kited on the north side of the bridge a few ways. Launching from parking lot, hiking up a ways before launching, and dropping in from Meadows and TLine before launching. It can be good. Since it is a deep canyon the wind needs to be SE direction to work. (right up the canyon)
