Meyers, FL in July. Anyone know some good spots to go kiting in Florida in the summer - not limited to the FT. No wind in summer.......but you can catch some afternoon thermals but you have to be ready to go on the spot. Your most likely chance to score would be a surfboard or course race board with a big kite (14-17 meter). Of course it depends on your weight to define what your big kite is. We did have a few unusual wind days last summer so I guess anything goes....especially given this particularly crappy season we had.
