No, just let them dry, shake as much sand off as you can the fold it up.
Salt water will not grow mold as quickly as fresh water.
Now go out their and smack some lips |

There are many stupid and unusual hazards for kites such as power lines, boat masts, dog claws, barbed wire, etc. But of the natural hazards to a kite salt water is fairly insignificant compared to the harmful effects of sunlight. UV rays can break down the fabric of kites very quickly, and it is a good idea to put kites away once you are done flying them. Plus, unused kites tend to clog the beach and make it difficult to launch other kites and even walk the beach.
